What it is
Most people trying to reduce their chemical exposure don’t know where to start. The research is dense, the product landscape is noisy, and making changes without a clear picture of your actual situation often means spending time and money in the wrong places.
The Personal Exposure Review is a structured 50-minute session focused on your specific household, diet, personal care routine, and lifestyle. You complete a detailed intake assessment before the call. The session uses your answers as the starting point, covering what matters most for your situation, not a generic checklist.
You leave with a written guidance document delivered within 48 hours: your priority areas, specific recommendations, and practical next steps.
How it works
1
Book and pay
Select a time that works for you. Payment is collected at booking via credit card. You will receive a confirmation email with the intake assessment link immediately after booking.
2
Complete the intake assessment
A detailed questionnaire covering your home environment, diet, personal care products, sleep environment, tech use, and lifestyle. Takes about 10 minutes. Complete it at least 24 hours before your session so there is time to review your answers in advance.
3
50-minute session
The session focuses on your highest-scoring exposure categories from the intake assessment. Specific, practical discussion, what the research says about your situation, what changes would have the most impact, and what to prioritize first.
4
Written guidance document
Delivered within 48 hours of your session. A structured document summarizing your priority areas, specific product and behavior recommendations, action steps, and resource links, personalized to what came up in your assessment and your call.
